Ms. Ament is responsible for the oversight of Stone Hill & Company’s transactional sourcing efforts recognizing value-added non-performing/sub-performing loans, REO and commercial property purchase opportunities.

Ms. Ament served as director of acquisitions at Alta Mira Investments sourcing and underwriting more than $100mm residential REO investments. At IndyMac Commercial Lending, Ms. Ament served as a broker relationship manager managing more than 2000 commercial loan brokers and banks; underwriting, funding and closing an ongoing pipeline of $25mm-$50mm. Ms. Ament also served as acquisition officer for RK Properties.

Over a 18 year career span, Ms. Ament has successfully closed more than $2bn in multifamily, commercial, and residential real estate including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, property management and 1031 tenant in common exchanges.
